Our AI Centre of Excellence has engineers and delivery partners for that. You\u0026#39;ve spent your career close enough to engineering teams to challenge an estimate, question a design decision, spot when a requirement is unbuildable as written, and explain a technical trade-off to a business sponsor. You don\u0026#39;t need to write code; you do need to know what\u0026#39;s being built and why.\u0026lt;/li\u0026gt;\n\u0026lt;li\u0026gt;Strong requirements skills - you can take a vague business ask and turn it into something an engineer can scope and build, with clear acceptance criteria.\u0026lt;/li\u0026gt;\n\u0026lt;li\u0026gt;Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem - Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and ideally Copilot Studio or the M365 Agent Toolkit.
