Bynder is looking for an analytical and commercially minded Revenue Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Operations team in Boston.

This team is responsible for Revenue Operational efficiency and supporting our Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams reach revenue and pipeline generation targets. As a Revenue Operations Manager you will be accountable for Sales (Partner Focus), reporting and analysis, tooling, process creation and optimisation, onboarding of new joiners and tooling enablement for the Global  Organization.

You will work in a fast paced, high growth environment where every day brings new challenges and new opportunities. You will report to the VP Finance and RevOps and collaborate with our Global Sales organization.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Process Creation & Optimisation: Partner with commercial teams to simplify processes through optimization and automation. Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the Field Operations organization. 
  • CRM and Technology: Manage and work with Sales tooling such as Salesforce, Spiff, Catalyst or tools in the field of PRM, CLM and BI. Implement processes to minimize admin time for individual contributors. 
  • Reporting & Analysis: Point of contact for commercial team reporting & analysis, including KPI and performance reporting on both Salesforce and Thoughtspot.
  • Documentation & Training: Assisting in training and documenting of processes and Tooling documentation enabling quick on-boarding of new revenue facing teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Application team to influence and enhance CRM functionalities to meet partner data management and attribution needs.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a bonus, but not a necessity
  • University degree
  • A propensity for numbers
  • Strong interest in learning systems and processes across functions to solve problems
  • Experience with Salesforce and BI tools e.g. Thoughtspot
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Self-starter; ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Analytical and commercially minded with eye for detail
