Joining us as a Senior Product Manager, you will be working on Bynder’s Studio module, the ultimate solution for creating on-brand content such as images, GIFs and videos. You will be helping some of the world's most renowned brands to accelerate content creation, and deliver innovative content experiences. Your mission is to help our customers take advantage of cutting edge technology so that they get to market faster with the highest quality content.
The Bynder Product Management team is responsible for identifying the most valuable problems to solve, enabling the squad to define and deliver the right solution to our users and validate the impact of it. Product Managers work at the intersection of our Customers, Technology and Business to build great products our customers love. You will be working closely with the Senior Product Manager, to ensure the delivery of value to our customers, in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with other Product Managers to understand the overall vision and long-term goals, ensuring that short-term initiatives align with these broader objectives
- You are responsible for prioritising near term initiatives, working closely with the team and engineers to break down epics into stories, plan refinements and manage the delivery of releases
- Work with customers and UX to learn from and validate problems and opportunities, including supporting with research and technical discovery
- Collaborate with team members across departments including Engineering, Product, Support, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
- Ensure quality by working with the team and support to prioritise outstanding issues
- Enable your team to work against OKRs, requirements and outcomes and enable customers to easily understand and adopt new functionality
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in prioritising and delivering initiatives that have significantly impacted both customer satisfaction and business performance is a must have.
- You’ve led multiple (cloud based) product initiatives from epic to delivery as a Product Manager
- You have first hand experience with Content Creation technologies and are familiar with the industry and market
- You can break down epics into small increments to maximise value and operational efficiency
- A strong affinity for technology
- Experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver extraordinary products
- The ability to work with on complex technical problems with engineers and stakeholders
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for learning
